In this module you will learn about the 5 Tibetans. These are old exercises known throughout thousands of years. They are effective and are composed of different yoga exercises. They will stabilize, loosen and strengten up your body. It is recommended to do a little warm up first. For each exercise you have to do an uneven number of repetitions (e.g. 3, 5, 7, 9). Start with making 3 of each and train yourself to do 21 of each.
